Team Entry: $600.00 (Deadline Monday, August 31, 2023). Once payment is made there are NO REFUNDS. NO EXCEPTIONS!
Entry Fee includes the following: • Minimum of 12 Games • One Practice Per Week: 1.5 Hours Monday-Thursday Per Field Availability • End of Season Single Elimination Tournament w/ awards for 1st & 2nd Place Teams. • Game Balls • 1 Umpire & 1 Scorekeeper
Team Names: "PG" Rated Team Names Only.

Important Dates
- Managers Meeting - Wednesday, August 23, 2023 in the North Press Box at Frank Brown Park at 6 p.m.
- Registration - Tuesday, August 1, 2023 - Thursday August 31, 2023
- Team Managers can pick up schedules - Thursday, September 7 at the Frank Brown Park Community Center at 6 p.m.
- Games Begin - The week of Monday, September 11
- Playoffs - All teams make the playoffs - October 29 - November 7 (tentative dates)

You need to make sure that your team has the team wavier signed and turned into Lee Gilmore before your first game this upcoming week.

League Information
Each team in our league is allowed one practice per week 1 hour and 30 minutes, Monday-Friday per field availability.
COED LEAGUE - Tuesday nights - 6:30 p.m., 7:45 p.m. & 9 p.m. games
MEN'S LEAGUE - Monday nights - 6:30 p.m., 7:45 p.m. & 9 p.m. games
- All games will be played at Frank Brown Park North Park Softball Fields and We Will Provide the Bats. NO EXCEPTIONS!
- Rules are governed by USSSA current year rulebook and City of PCB Parks & Recreation rules & regulations. USSSA Strike Zone will be used & pitching height is 3 feet to 10 feet. The L Screens will be used for 2023. The pitching distance is 53 feet and the length between bases is 70 feet.
- Men's Leagues 15 player roster limit. Coed Leagues 18 player roster limit. Most weeks, each team will play 2 games per night.
- Team rosters must be signed before playing in your first game. Rosters are available at the scorekeeper's table. Please have all players print their name and signature as required.
- For each game, one umpire & one scorekeeper will be provided. The 1 & 1 count will be used to start each at bat.
- Teams will play a double header one day per week. ALL TEAMS WILL MAKE THE PLAYOFFS!!
- All players must read & sign the player contract/ roster before playing in any games. Rosters are available at the fields.
- Bats will be provided for all leagues! If anyone uses an illegal bat, that player will be ejected from that game and then suspended for the next 2 games.
- NO ONE under the age of 18 will be allowed to participate in the Men's League. NO ONE under the age of 16 will be allowed to participate in the Coed League. All participants under the age of 18 must have a parent/ guardian release waiver attached to the team roster before playing in any games.
- Players may only play on one team in the Coed League and one team in the Men's League. NO EXCEPTIONS!
- This is a strictly a Recreational League Only!! Unsportsmanlike conduct will not be tolerated!!
