Welcome to the SeeClickFix app designed to submit and follow requests within the community.

Use the SeeClickFix app below to request assistance with City services or report non-emergency issues such as potholes, water line breaks, water quality issues, abandoned vehicles, traffic signal/sign problems, code violations, and more. The City currently is operating a pilot bulk garbage pickup program which also utilizes this app. When attempting to request bulk pickup, if your address does not come up, then you are not inside the City limits. The City can only pick up inside our boundaries.

The City will acknowledge newly submitted issues and forward them to the appropriate City departments to take care of the requests. You will receive email updates and can come back here, or to the SeeClickFix website, to check the status of submitted issues. Separate issues should be submitted as separate SeeClickFix reports. You can also download mobile versions of the app for iOS and Android devices.

Note: Please make sure the address you are providing is the location of the issue being reported.

Law enforcement issues (illegal parking or other activities, noise ordinance violations, etc.) need to be reported directly to the Police Department by calling 850-233-5000 (for non-emergencies) or 911 (for emergencies).

Issues with lights being out should be reported to Florida Power & Light here. Some lights are privately owned, so look for the metal tab on the light pole that should begin with the letter P. This will help the power company in locating the exact light.
