  2. Social Security Card OR Birth Certificate OR Passport
  3. High School Diploma or G.E.D. Certificate.
  4. College Diploma (if applicable).
  5. Letters of recommendation (if available).
  6. Resume' (if available).
  7. Training Certifications (if any).
