 AQUATIC CENTER RENTALS

Panama City Beach Aquatic Center offers the best pool parties on the beach! With 5 pavilions, an indoor classroom, daily summer availability, and plenty of space for all your guests, this is the place to party for all ages!

 

Facility reservations for all 2024 dates open April 1st. Your reservation must be made in person and requires payment in full at the time of reservation. Reservations made within 14 days of your event may incur additional charges. All Aquatic Center policies and posted signs apply to facility rental guests, a simple contract is required. Available dates and times include:

May 25 - August 11 — daily 11 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.

August 17 - 18 — daily 11 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.

August 24 - 25 — daily 11 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.

August 31 - September 1 — daily 11 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.

Customized dates and times are by request and based on staff and space availability

 

The Salty Pelican Café is open during all the dates listed with group orders of various menu items available; some items require pre-ordering. Customized food packages may also be available by request.

 

The Aquatic Center Team provides an amazing space for your special event! By far the most common question is, “Can we come in early to set up?”. We make the answer easy for you to plan! Your set up and clean up time is INCLUDED in your 4.5-hour reservation. Many groups will choose to send invitations with a start time allowing enough time for relaxed set up and clean up by the host. Each reservation is required to submit their guest list 24 hours prior to their event.

 

All party packages include:

  • 4.5 hours of party time, 11 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.
  • Twenty entries into the Aquatic Center
  • Four picnic tables
  • One 6-foot commercial grade table
  • One large trash can, 2 large trash bags
  • The option to bring in your own food and beverages in compliance with Aquatic Center policy
  • Temporary refrigerator and freezer space if needed

PACKAGE COST: $345 plus tax

 

COMMONLY ASKED QUESTIONS

I have more than 20 people on my list, is that okay?

Absolutely! Additional entries are available to purchase at a reduced rate in increments of 10 when purchased prior to 11 a.m. on the day of your event. Additional single entries are subject to posted entry fees and are not eligible for a discounted rate.

 

When can we come in to set up the event?

No earlier than 11 a.m. the day of your event. Set up is included in the reservation time.

 

If the facility closes at 4 p.m., can we just stay until then?

Please do! However, your reserved area(s) must be cleaned and vacated by 3:30 p.m..

 

I really need two 6-foot tables, can you accommodate me?

We are happy to provide an extra table when your request is made at the time of your reservation for any of our spaces except P5. P5 is a bit smaller than the others but has the best proximity to the Splash Pool.

 

Can I bring alcohol to my event?

Alcohol, smoking of any kind, weapons, and all illegal substances are strictly prohibited. No exceptions.
