Demolition of Existing Structures requires a permit

Per Florida Statute 553.79, Florida Building Code 105.1, and PCB City Ordinance 8-32 no person shall undertake to construct, enlarge, alter, repair, move, demolish, or change the occupancy of a building or structure, or to erect, install, enlarge, alter, repair, remove, convert or replace any electrical, gas, mechanical or plumbing system, or to cause any such work to be done, without obtaining the required permit from the building official.
