Attached is Addendum No. 3 to the project. Include a copy of the signed Addendum in the Bid Package to be opened 1/25/18 at 2 P.M. at City Hall. Any bidders that fail to submit a signed copy of the Addendum will have their bids rejected by the City of Panama City Beach.
