NOTICE OF IS HEREBY GIVEN that the public hearing for the following ordinance which was to be presented for a public hearing before the City Council of the City of Panama City Beach at 6 pm on Thursday, March 14, 2024 at City Hall, 17007 Panama City Beach Parkway, has been CANCELLED, to-wit:

ORDINANCE NO. 1640
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF PANAMA CITY BEACH, FLORIDA, AMENDING THE CITY’S CODE OF ORDINANCES RELATED TO WATER UTILITY CONNECTIONS TO INCREASE THE NUMBER OF METERS ALLOWED PER RESIDENTIAL LOT FROM ONE (1) TO (2) AND REMOVING CONFLICTING LANGUAGE; PROVIDING FOR CODIFICATION; PROVIDING FOR SEVERABILITY; AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
