Contract Description: This project includes the installation of concrete sidewalks and street lighting along with the reconstruction of Alf Coleman Road from Hutchison Boulevard to Panama City Beach Parkway, including storm sewer piping, inlet structures, junction boxes and utilities. This project is approximately 3150 feet in length.
