02/22/2023 UPDATE: The Applicant, S & L Karian Properties, LLC, has withdrawn its request for a rehearing.

PCB City Council will hold a special meeting and public hearing to which all persons are invited. The special meeting will be held on Thursday, February 23, 2023, at 10:00 a.m., or as soon as the 9:00 a.m. regularly scheduled City Council meeting has concluded, whichever occurs later. The special meeting will take place at City Hall located at 17007 Panama City Beach Parkway, Panama City Beach, Florida. The purpose of the special meeting and public hearing is to reconsider an application from S & L Karian Properties, LLC, for Modifications to the Kelly Street Planned Unit Development (PUD) Master Plan, for property located on Panama City Beach Parkway east of Kelly Street (Parcel 35351-090-030).
