Bid Notice for Renovation for Police Department’s Impound Building

The City of Panama City Beach hereby solicits sealed bids for the following service:

Renovation Services for the impound building of the Panama City Beach Police Department’s impound lot.  The Renovation Services bid must include the following specifications:

  • Install standing seam galvanized roof
  • Install Hardi-board siding
  • Enclose soffit openings
  • Install (3) three roll-up doors
  • Install (1) one walk through door
  • Replace rotten wood
  • Move plumbing to accommodate walk through door
  • Paint building
  • Provide warranty information
  • Any and all installation hardware AND labor needs must be included with the bid price.

Bids must be sealed and will be received until 12:00 p.m. (noon) Central Time, February 24, 2020 at the City of Panama Beach Police Department, Attn: Captain Wayne Maddox, 17115 Panama City Beach Parkway, Panama City Beach, Florida, 32413, and will be opened and read publicly immediately thereafter.

The City reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive any formality in bids received.  All bidders shall comply with all applicable State and local laws concerning licensing, registration, and regulations of businesses in the State of Florida.

All bids shall be firm and for a period of 6 months after opening.
