Attached is Addendum No. 4 to the WWTF Generator Replacement Radiators Project. This form MUST be signed and submitted with the Bid Form.

Bids will be received until 2:30 p.m. Central Time, April 18, 2019 at City of Panama City Beach, 110 S. Arnold Road, Panama City Beach, Florida and will be opened and read publicly immediately thereafter. All Bids shall be submitted in an envelope clearly marked “Sealed Bid – Panama City Beach “WWTF Generator Replacement Radiators.” The City of Panama City Beach (“City”) reserves the right to reject any and all Bids. All Bids shall be firm (including all labor and material prices) for a period of 30 days after opening.
