Attached is Addendim No. 1 for the Disaster debris Monitoring SVcs RFP.  the Addendum must be signed and returned with the bid due by 10 A.M. December 21, 2018.   
All proposals must be in writing and delivered by hand, Fed Ex, or mail to the City of Panama City Beach, 110 South Arnold Road, Panama City Beach, Florida 32413 by 10 a.m., central time, December 21, 2018. The submittals will be publicly opened at this time. Only submittals received by the stated time and date will be considered. Submittals received after the time set for the opening will be rejected and returned unopened to the submitter. All submittals shall be submitted in a sealed envelope and clearly labeled, “RFP – DISASTER DEBRIS MONITORING SERVICES.” Please provide one (1) original, five (5) copies of the proposal, and one (1) CD with all of the above information included (each document must be in an individual PDF format file). Specifications may be obtained from the City of Panama City Beach Website (www.pcbgov.com), or at the City of Panama City Beach at the above address. Telephone (850) 233-5100. Proposals shall be firm for a period of (60) days.
