Panama City Beach Ward 3 Councilman Geoff McConnell will hold a public “Town Hall” meeting to invite public discussion on construction of a new City Hall structure.  The meeting will be held at 4:30 P.M. Monday, June 11, 2018, at the George C. Cowgill City Hall Annex located at 110 South Arnold Road, Panama City Beach, Florida.  All interested persons are invited to attend.
