ADDENDUM NO. 1 US 98 UTILITY RELOCATION AT MOYLAN

Review the attached Addendum No. 1 for the above-mentioned project. Bidders shall acknowledge receipt of this Addendum with their signature and attach the signed Addendum to the Bid.

Bids will be received until 2:00 p.m. Central Time, September 19, 2017 at City of Panama City Beach City Hall, 110 South Arnold Road, Panama City Beach, Florida and will be opened and read publicly immediately thereafter. All Bids shall be submitted in an envelope clearly marked “Sealed Bid – Panama City Beach – US 98 Utility Relocation at Moylan.” A Bid Bond in the amount of 5% of the total amount of the Bid shall accompany the Bid. The City of Panama City Beach (“City”) reserves the right to reject any and all Bids. All Bids shall be firm (including all labor and material prices) for a period of 30 days after opening.
