PANAMA CITY BEACH – US 98 UTILITY RELOCATION AT MOYLAN
This project includes the relocation of portions of two (2) twenty-inch diameter force mains and one (1) sixteen-inch diameter water main in the right-of-way of US-98, near Moylan Road. The Contractor shall provide all materials, equipment and labor to complete the project.
The revised set of Bid Documents for the project are available and can be obtained at City of Panama City Beach Public Works Department, 110 South Arnold Road, Panama City Beach, Florida 32413. The bid must conform to Section 287.133(3) Florida Statutes, with respect to Public Entity Crimes.
Plans and Specifications will be available as digital PDF copy only, via email and the City website www.pcbgov.com. Partial sets will not be issued.
Bids will be received until 2:00 p.m. Central Time, September 19, 2017 at City of Panama City Beach City Hall, 110 South Arnold Road, Panama City Beach, Florida and will be opened and read publicly immediately thereafter. All Bids shall be submitted in an envelope clearly marked “Sealed Bid – Panama City Beach – US 98 Utility Relocation at Moylan.” A Bid Bond in the amount of 5% of the total amount of the Bid shall accompany the Bid. The City of Panama City Beach (“City”) reserves the right to reject any and all Bids. All Bids shall be firm (including all labor and material prices) for a period of 30 days after opening.
The City shall award the Contract to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder; provided, however, the City reserves the right to award the Contract to a Bidder who is not the lowest responsive and responsible bidder if the City determines in its reasonable discretion that another Bid offers the City a better value based upon the reliability, quality of service, or product of such other Bidder.
