PANAMA CITY BEACH – “UTILITY & PUBLIC WORKS SERVICE VEHICLES”

 

This advertisement is for the proposed purchase of twelve (12) utility service vehicles by the City of Panama City Beach.  The Bidder shall provide all materials, equipment and labor necessary to supply the specified equipment.

Specifications will be available on June 19, 2017 and can be obtained on the second floor of the Public Services Building, 116 South Arnold Road, Panama City Beach, Florida  32413.  

Bids will be received until 1:00 p.m. Central Time, July 6, 2017 at City of Panama City Beach Public Services Building, 116 S. Arnold Road, Panama City Beach, Florida) and will be opened and read publicly immediately thereafter in the adjacent City Hall Annex Council Room. All Bids shall be submitted in an envelope clearly marked “Sealed Bid – Panama City Beach “Utility & Public Works Service Vehicles.”  The City of Panama City Beach (“City”) reserves the right to reject any and all Bids.  All Bids shall be firm (including all labor and material prices) for a period of 30 days after opening. 

The City shall award the purchase order to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder on each advertised vehicle type; provided, however, the City reserves the right to award the Contract to a Bidder who is not the lowest responsive and responsible bidder if the City determines in its reasonable discretion that another Bid offers the City a better value based upon the reliability, quality of service, or product of such other Bidder.

Each bidder must comply with all applicable state and local laws concerning licensing, registration, and regulations of contractors doing business in Florida.
