Panama City Beach Police Department – SINGLE INTEGRATED WORKSTATION STATION

The City of Panama City Beach hereby solicits sealed bids for the following equipment:

SINGLE IWS WORKSTATION: the workstation must come equipped with:

VIPER application server license
PBX access license
IWS Viper enabling kit
Power911 Client Access license
Power 911 server access license
Power MIS access data license
MapFlex 9-1-1client license
License, ELM Enterprise Manager 6.7, Class II
IWS workstation prebuilt building block

Bids should include:

Front room staging
Project management
Recurring antivirus fees
Maintenance services with 1 to 5 year options
Software protection and remote tech support, 1 to 5 year options

The Bids should include ALL fees, including shipping and handling.

Bids must be sealed and will be received until 12:00 p.m. (noon) Central Time, June 26, 2017 at the City of Panama City Beach Police Department, Attn: Lieutenant Danny McDonald, 17115 Panama City Beach, Panama City Beach, Florida, 32413 and will be opened and read publicly immediately thereafter.

The City reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive any formality in bids received. All bidders shall comply with all applicable State and local laws concerning licensing, registration, and regulations of businesses in the State of Florida.
