ADDENDUM #1, FLEET VEHICLE MONITORING SYSTEM

Attached is Addendum #1 to the Fleet Vehicle Monitoring System Bid. A copy of the signed Addendum must be included in the Bid package submitted to the City.

Bids will be received until 2:00 p.m. Central Time, Thursday, March 16, 2017 at City of Panama City Beach City Hall, 110 South Arnold Road, Panama City Beach, Florida, 32413 and will be opened and read publicly immediately thereafter. All Bids shall be submitted in an envelope clearly marked “Sealed Bid – Panama City Beach – Fleet Vehicle Monitoring System”. A Bid Bond in the amount of 5% of the total amount of the Bid shall accompany the Bid. The City of Panama City Beach (“City”) reserves the right to reject any and all Bids.
